Description: Welcome! For your consideration: A Zeiss Ikon Super Ikomat "A" 530/2 folding rangefinder camera circa 1930's with a Zeiss Tessar 1:3.5/70mm lens. Compur shutter with speeds to 1/500th of a second. Coupled "wedge" rangefinder focusing. A very compact 90 year old medium format camera. Will require lens cleaning and rangefinder adjustment to be fully usable. Condition details: Body without dents or major wear. Leatherette is very nice. Some brassing and paint touch-up noted. Film chamber is clean with only light signs of usage. Shutter charges and fires fine with slow and fast speeds sounding about right to my ear. Focusing is smooth and free. Lens glass without scratches or fungus but internal haze noted that will require attention. Aperture and shutter blades are clean, dry and adjust well. Rangefinder glass is dim which is typical for these when new. I cannot see a second stationary image for focusing so this will need adjustment. Bellows are supple and light tight. Bellows and lens board deploy and lock into position as designed. Sports finder pops solidly into position with finder glass clean and clear. Zeiss sales placard not included.
