Contains 9 large double sided folded pattern sheets (one side in color, the verso in black & white) that measure approx. 26.5” x 19”. This is an exhaustive and detailed study of Baltic & Slavic traditional clothing covering nearly all aspects of dress, the illustrations are incredible, the patterns are detailed and well described. Because Estonia has been dominated by foreign powers through much of its history the clothing shown here represents of a large swath of European, Baltic, Slavic, Russian and other folk garb well beyond the borders of Estonia.
