Description: Hello ladies and gentleman lovers of LeRoy Niemann art, here for you is... Nice vintage framed Le Roy Neiman abstract modern sailboat nautical print. I don't if it's a lithograph. How do you tell if it's sealed inside a frame? I know it's not a phonograph, telegraph or chronograph! I bought it to hang in my office. Condition: Excellent. I don't see any issues with the print or frame. There may be some fading, but I don't know what it looked like new. His signature is below the signature on the print. The back is wired to hang. On the upper back, there are 4 teeny 1/4 inch tears in the paper which must be related to part of framing. Neiman was born 1921 and died 2012. He was known for his large moustache and for his paintings of athletes, musicians and sporting event. He was a contributor to Playboy for decades. He was also an actor, known for minor parts in several Rocky movies. SIZE: Print is 25 x 20 inch; mat is 31 x 27 inch and 4 inch and 3 inch; frame is metal 33 3/4 and 29 3/4 inches. The inner mat border is a shade of gray. Weighs about 11 pounds. Probably, it was framed at least 3 decades ago! Check out the many photos and I hope it goes from my wall to yours very soon! Please note: there is a cloudiness to some of the photos in the upper left corner. These were taken outside, on a cloudy day and I have trees reflected in the print. IT IS NOT AT ALL ON THE PRINT, ONLY THE PHOTO OF THE PRINT. ONCE THE SUN COMES OUT, I CAN TAKE SOME MORE!
