Description: The Case copperhead has never been carried, sharpened, or used. It measures 4" long closed.Handles are bone with no cracks or chips. A pretty brown with natural bone showing around edges. Brass liners and pins with nickel silver bolsters.Blades consist of a clip and pen. Both have excellent snap opening and closing. The tang of the master blade is stamped Case XX over 10 dots over USA making it a 1980 issue. The stamp has the lighting S. The pile side is stamed 6249 for the pattern number.ISSUE: THERE IS SOME CARBON STEEL SPOTTING ALONG THE SPINE OF THE MASTER BLADE THAT CAN BE SEEN IN THE PHOTOS. SHOULD CLEAN UP NICELY.Photos were taken outside and may show some reflections and/or shadows.A nice one to put with any collection. Thanks for veiwing.
